NCC has been providing local telephone service to northwest North Dakota for over 50 years. We currently serve 16 exchanges including, Alamo, Bowbells, Columbus, Crosby, Epping, Flaxton, Grenora, Ray, Tioga, Lignite, Marmon, McGregor, Noonan, Powers Lake, Wildrose and Round Prairie.
Monthly service fees and a one-time installation fee are charged for local telephone service.
Lifeline Assistance Programs
Lifeline support provide discounts to eligible low-income consumers to help them establish and maintain telephone service.
Temporary Disconnect Plan
If you are leaving town for a couple months you can suspend your phone line so that you are not paying the full monthly bill, yet keep your existing phone number for when you come back.
Relay North Dakota
Free service that provides full telephone accessibility to people who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, and speech-disabled. This service allows hearing callers to communication with text-telephone (TTY) users and vice versa through specially trained Communication Assistants. Calls can be made to anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with no restrictions on the number, length, or type of calls. National Do Not Call Registry
The National Do Not Call Registry gives you a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls at home. Most telemarketers should not call your number once it is on the registry for 31 days. To register your number, visit www.donotcall.gov or call 1-888-382-1222. You can register your home and mobile phone for free. Non-profit organizations and companies which you have a business relationship are exempt from the Do Not Call regulations. If you do receive a call from a telemarketer that you do not have a business relationship with after you’ve registered your number, you can file a complaint at the website or phone number listed previously
