Voice Fees

Monthly Fee:

• Residential Service Rate in all NCC exchanges:  $19.50 plus tax
• Business Service Rate in all NCC exchanges:  $22.50 plus tax

Some NCC exchanges are charged an additional fee for Extended Area Service (EAS).  Please call NCC at 568-3331 for details.

Install Fee:

• $25.00
• If NCC needs to install jacks it is $25 premise visit charge, plus an additional hourly rate fee(with a 15 minute minimum).  Materials such as jacks, coax, cord, etc. are not included in the installation fees. Additional charges may apply.
