For basic e-mail and Internet, Dial-Up is the service for you. Dial-Up Internet service actually requires your phone line to dial the server modem, therefore is available to all NCC subscribers.

Extra E-mail Account

  • Connection Fee $10.00

Extra E-Mail Account, 1 E-Mail, No Storage, Tech Support, 10 Minute Sessions

Dial-up Internet Technical Support

  • Tech support is available at no charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by dialing the first three numbers of your phone number followed by 7666 (i.e. 568-7666)
  • Williston dial-up customers dial 859-7666.
  • On-Site Tech support
    • Fee 1/2 hr Minimum at $70.00/hr
    • Subscribe to the Network Backer Maintenance Plan for only $3.95/mo. & you never need to worry about paying for Tech Support on the phone or at your residence.

Modem MultiLink

  • Monthly Fee $100.00
  • Connection Fee $50.00

Alternative when line-of-site or cable limitations exist, up to 120 kbps delivered, 5 E-Mail Accts, No Timeouts.
